Simple, many people have sensory challenges that make it hard to wait in line or go into large groups. We design our events so you can have an assigned time slot to spend with Santa and other sensory-friendly activities to enjoy. On top of that, all our characters understand the unique needs of the people we want to help and that helps make a better experience for everyone.
Our mission is to provide events and services specifically designed for the special needs community that are open to all who wish to participate.
Right now we plan and organize 4 major sensory-sensitive events per year (Easter, Back to School, Fall/Thanksgiving/Halloween, and Christmas/Santa) in the San Antonio Texas area.
With enough funding, we can expand to other areas (Austin and Houston are asking right now) and start offering smaller more personalized experiences such as archery and sports (Rob is a USA Archery level 2 instructor and has been asked about starting a special archery program ) and adventures (think field trips to zoos, parks, water parks, landmarks, and other fun places)
Donations go towards the cost of current and future events. These events are not cheap to put on, and without your help, we would not be able to provide FREE events to participants. Keep in mind that, on top of event costs, we have administrative and operating costs such as office space, insurance, processing fees, marketing costs, and technology fees, and eventually, we would like to pay our staff.
